The Open University in Ireland

It may be of interest to you that you do not necessarily have to attend an actual phsyical University made of bricks and mortar. There is the alternative known as the OU or Open University. It was the brainchild of the BBC in the UK way back in 1971. This year it boasts over 40000 students, 8500 of whom live on the island of Ireland. The Republic of Ireland's headquarters/contacts details are:

There is still a question though about the eligibility of OU students to the EGF Fund.
