Security Company Ordered To Pay A Total Of €20k
To Former Limerick Employees Based at DELL Limerick

Tribunal backs up Security Workers

A PRIVATE security firm has been ordered to make payments totalling almost €20,000 to eleven security workers who were previously employed at the Dell manufacturing facility in Raheen.
The workers, who are all from the Limerick area initiated proceedings against their former employer - Federal Security Newco Limited - under the provisions of the Minimum Notice and Terms and Conditions Act.

Fine Gael Leader visits Dell Redundant Workers Association at Griffith College, Limerick.

Enda Kenny Leader of Fine Gael visited Limerick recently and met with the Dell Redundant Workers Association. He discussed how EU funding for the re-training of those made redundant will be spent.See the interview on TV3 News at 5.30pm
