if you want to drop the 'dell'from the title of the service why not call it THE REDUNDANT WORKERS CENTRE or LIMERICK REDUNDANT WORKERS CENTRE as I think that would be more accurate for the general public to focus on what the service is and who should benefit from it. Titles are very important.
