Dates: Monday 19th -Wednesday 21st of September 2011
Duration: 3 days
Cost: €550 per delegate (includes FAS registration)
Registration: 5 years CSCS certification with FAS
Times: 09:00-17:00 daily
Requirements: 1 passport photo, valid Safe Pass or CIF Card and personal details per delegate, PPS number etc.
PPE Requirements: Safety Footwear, Gloves, Class 3 Safety Jacket/Top, Reflective leggings/trousers.
Please find attached booking form to be completed and returned prior to course commencing,
Course Fees to be paid prior to course commencing or on the first day of course if not already paid.
