Funds should assist workers directly - Pervenche Berès

Following the parliament's approval of a 7.6 million euros funding for re-training workers who lost their jobs in Germany and Lithuania. Patrick Delfosse speaks to French MEP Pervenche Berès about the EU's globalisation adjustment fund. For Berès the fund is money well-spent when the programmes are adapted to workers' needs.
